This is a super idea for a healthy preggy snack. In first bowl, mix 400 g of grated carrot, 200 g of grated zucchini, 200 g of grated apples, 100 g of ground almonds and 2 teaspoons of grated organic orange. Then, in second bowl, mix 400 g of wholemeal flour, 100 g of sugar, a teaspoon of cinnamon, baking powder, pinch of salt, 3 eggs, a few tablespoons of oil and a teaspoon of vanilla. Mix content of both bowls together, put it in a muffin pan and bake it in oven for 22 minutes at 180°C.
