Are you feeling mega tired? I did and it didn't help with feeling nauseous too! But don't worry - tiredness in pregnancy (especially at the beginning and end) is very common - it's all due to the hormonal changes in your body. You may need extra sleep and even feel tearful or overwhelmed by it all. However, there are things you can do to help yourself. I found a small bout of regular, gentle exercise, like going for a 20 minute walk in the fresh air really helpful - as weird as it may sound, it gave me more energy. Also eating the right foods makes a difference. Try eating more iron rich foods such as eggs, leafy green vegetables and red meat. Fibre is also very good (and it helps combat constipation) and you can find this in brown bread, wholegrain cereals etc. Even if you feel nauseous try and eat little and often to keep your energy levels up. Try to have a nap in the day (if possible) or alternatively, go to bed early to combat the tiredness! It does get better, although it may not seem like it at the time!!
Did you know that magnesium in your body helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion? It also helps to release energy from your metabolism. The simplest and most natural way of absorbing magnesium is through drinking a natural mineral water like Donat Mg. As little as 0.3-0.4 litres of Donat Mg is enough to satisfy the recommended daily allowance of magnesium (and it also works wonders for your constipation!)
